The food was absolutely amazing. I got multiple different items. Pu pu platter for 2 was more than I expected. I had a few substitutions and everything came exactly how I ordered. The woman at the counter made sure I got everything I ordered when I picked up. She was very pleasant on the phone as well. I got chicken low mein, it was amazing. The rice and chicken soup was great! I’m used to clear tasteless soup. This was very flavorful. I got the Peking raviolis(dumplings) I would have preferred a longer cook on them but they were very good. The house rice was my favorite. Cooked perfectly and very healthy servings for the price. They did not disappoint! A+ all around.
Tried the New Haverhill Jade on Winter St. in Haverhill last night and was very satisfied. The lady that answers the phone and other staff are extremely nice and friendly. I was told a 25 minute wait but I swear it was more like 15 minutes and the food was hot and smelled delicious. The delivery driver was also very pleasant and polite. The boneless spareribs were very tender and juicy which I enjoy more than the hard, chewy ones. Crab Rangoon was delicious and crispy. Chicken fingers are homemade as far as I can tell by the batter. The plate itself which is pork fried rice with 3 appetizers, a can of Root Beer, and delivery charge was $20 and change. Hot, fresh food, great customer service, fair prices, and quick delivery .... I will definitely keep ordering.
The lady who took my order was very nice. My food came in less than 15 minutes and is hot and fresh.
The pu pu platter was awesome.the chicken wings where huge and the other food was very good I recommend them for Chinese food.
They really know how to cook! Perfect rice, general tso's chicken nice and crunchy even after getting it home.
Haven't had the new Haverhill jade before.. had the old one years ago, tried it again last week.. got chicken wings, crag rangoon and rice.. was definitely good and its affordable.. definitely ordering again..

Me and my husband LOVE this place for takeout. My favorite is the chow mein or rice noodle dishes. But everything we’ve had is so good! We’ve ordered three times and have not been disappointed.
Love them! Food is always made to order, hot and fresh. The owners are super nice, hardworking people. I love ordering from them because I know it’s going to be fresh and they take their time and get it right.
I have ordered from here twice recently. Both times the food was FANTASTIC. I’m not sure why it’s only got a mid-value star rating.?? I’m a Metrowest MA Native and THIS is by far the closest to the Chinese I grew up with. I’ve ordered chicken with vegetables and it’s great. Always arrives hot, unusual for DoorDash delivery over 5 miles away. I realize the location is inconvenient but do yourself a favor and order some of the best Chinese around. Looking forward to trying more.
